For new students, we have a rolling 12-week beginners curriculum (lvl1) that broadly covers all of the basic escapes, positions and submissions of Jiu-Jitsu in a structured format.
Once completed, students can progress to our 24-week foundation's curriculum (lvl2), designed to build a deeper and more expansive understanding of the positions covered in the beginners curriculum.
